CENTERPEICE

A collaboration with “Tollmans” company.

In this project I created on object for the center of the home table, my interpretation to a bouquet, which emphasizes the flower and its shape.

My main inspiration was driven from the Japanese culture, and especially the zen garden, the Japanese home and the Ikebana (the Japanese flower arrangement).

This led me to focus on the connection to nature as it is while preserving a clean esthetics and simplicity.

The piece presents the flower in its whole form, starting from the gentle touch the tip in the water, through the stalk, to the inflorescence.

The Centerpiece’s structure allows the user to adjust it according to the type and quantity of flower they choose, threading the small rods to the central brass rod.
